thnks for readin' and replyin'.

No, we haven't met, not to my knowledge. I popped into your live journal land via reading Lenora Claire's various comments and exhortions to culture via the web.

My adventures in L.A. are few and were about 18 years ago. Been in NYC since '92. Before that lived in New Orleans and before that in various Texas cities.

keep rockin'

ps: the picture you used in your comment is very striking. i.e. i like it a lot.

Thanks. The picture you are using now gives me the willies...I think thats what threw me off..when I saw your nice, normal face on your entry yesterday i was who is that i don't remember that picture. Do you like living in N.Y.? I love Lost Angeles...I lived in Chicago for 2 years about 10 years ago...did not care for the windy city...not at all. Too cold...then too hot and humid....its a beautiful Sunday morning here i hope you have good weather too.

yes, it seems a confusingly lovely day out today. but is supposed to rain some more. rain is good.

I like NYC because I don't like cars, don't mind walking, like being around so many different kinds of people, like the many types of activities going on around. If only I could get bigger living space, that is my only lament.

As for the picture of the mask. Don't you think it resembles me somewhat? It is a typical cheap child's halloween devil mask that melted a bit while it was in the closet.

cheers.

You are in the right place then. There are not too many places you can live and not need a car. I hear N.Y. is one of those places. L.A. is very much not a place like that. The traffic is very bad at times...it is probably the worst part of living here. Living in N.Y. is expensive, at least thats what i have heard from everyone i have ever known to live there. Apartments are at a premium and space is limited....I don't like that I need space to get away from all the people sometimes...oh well. I don't think you resemble that mask at all but I do think you resemble somebody and when it comes to me I will let you know who.
